How to allow ToonaCat to email your child on AOL

AOL has a great feature where parents can control who sends email to their children. If you'd like to allow your child to accept email from ToonaCat, do the following:
  1. Sign on with your main account (the one you first created when you joined AOL).
  2. Go to Keyword 'Mail Controls'
  3. Click 'Set up Mail Controls'
  4. Select the button next to your child's email address
  5. select the button next to 'allow email from selected AOL members and internet domains'
  6. Type 'toonacat.com' into the text box
  7. Click Add
  8. Click OK
You can also use this procedure to add Grandma, friends you know, or other educational web site email addresses. All other email, except those you type in, will be blocked from your child's account.
